- What is Pump'd?
- Pump'd is a mobile gas delivery service, we come right to your car so you can skip the gas station errand. It's built for busy people who want their time back.
- What fuel types do you offer?
- Pump'd offers Unleaded and premium gasoline. We plan to add deisel fuel in the near future.
- Can I setup recurring deliveries?
- Of course! Pump'd makes recurring deliveries effortless so you never have to think about gas again.
- What are your service hours?
- Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. However, we understand that busy schedules require flexibility. For Pump'd members, we offer recurring overnight deliveries upon request to ensure you get gas you need when you need it.
- What are your gas prices?
- Our gas prices are updated daily just like a standard gas station. Prices are reflected in our mobile app and on our website.
- How do I schedule a delivery?
- Deliveries can be scheduled conveniently in our mobile app, we will have optional scheduling on the website upon launch.
- What does first delivery free mean?
- To welcome first-time customers, we waive our standard service fee. You'll only be charged for the fuel at market price.
- Do I still pay for gas?
- Yes. Fuel is always billed separately from the service fee or membership. "Free" refers to the delivery portion of your service, not the gasoline.
- Where and when will Pump'd be available?
- We're starting in New Albany, Ohio and expanding based on demand. Check out our Service Area page to instantly see if we service your area yet.
- How will payment work when Pump'd is live?
- You'll pay in the mobile app or on the site depending on where you order from. Your gas, as well as the service / membership fees will be shown clearly before you confirm. No surprises at the pump.
- Is Pump'd safe?
- Yes. Safety, proper fuel handling, and applicable regulations are core to how we're building operations. To us, safety is paramount.
